Prices quoted on this website replace all previous quotes and are subject to change without notice.

Terms: All sales are C.O.D. We reserve the right to cancel any part or all of any order in the event of crop loss, damage, or shortages. All orders are subject to government regulations, weather, and all conditions beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit on any order before digging.

Guarantee: If any nursery stock is proven to be untrue to name, we will replace such material or refund the amount paid. All claims must be made in writing within five days of receipt of plant material. Our liability does not exceed dollar amount received by us for plants in question. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter, of any nursery stock we sell.

Cancellations: We must receive any cancellation request in reasonable time before the expected digging date. If you cancel your order of any plant material already dug, you are responsible for its total value and you will be billed accordingly.

Pickup: Plants become your property upon delivery to the transportation company and we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or delay in transit. We will not be responsible for the condition of plants that are not picked up within seven days of customer notification that the order is ready. Customers should provide suitable coverings to protect plants during transit.

We offer summertime digging, usually beginning in mid July, at no extra charge.

All orders are booked on the distinct undertanding that the purchaser agrees to the conditions of sale as stated above.
